ISO organization adjusted the contents of the version of 94 which aimed directly at the manufacturing sector, and has formed the version of 2000 which meets the needs of quality certification of other industries better. With the increase in international communication in economy, which criteria we use to measure and ensure the quality of products and services is becoming important. Chinese traditional method is the demander inspects the supplier in person, but the international practice is very simple: for the demander, how can there be so much time and professional knowledge to investigate the supplier? Enterprises must have the necessary conditions for certification.
According to China's regulations about product quality certification, enterprises to be eligible to obtain product certification should have the following three conditions:
①stable quality of product, normal production.
② products meet national standards or industry standards. Standards are mentioned here refer to national standards or industry standards arriving the international level. Whether a product complies with standards must be proved after carrying out random tests by Inspection Body recognized and approved by State Bureau of Technical Supervision.
③ if its production quality system is in line with the requirements of the standards of GB/T19000-ISO9000 Series, enterprises should be guided by GB/T19004-ISO9004 "quality management and quality system elements - Guidelines", combined with the specific circumstances of the enterprise to set up suitable quality system, to formulate quality manual and to make its effective operation. Certification Committee will send T19002-ISO9002 "quality system - quality assurance model of production and installation" to enterprises to audit and assess, to demonstrate their compliance with standards.
